It contains a non-technical description of the most important features of the Floorlayers' Industry Pension Plan which is designed to provide retirement and other benefits for the participants. The Plan became effective on April 1, 1972 through collective agreement negotiations. Each plan year commences January 1 and ends December 31 in the same calendar year.
